Review: Lovely service and it’s great to be able to try the mattress. Great customer service. We ended up buying a bed frame, as well as pillows and all seasons duvet at a great price with some nice discounts. It’s not easy to find as it’s not yet placed on displays but pass the John Lewis shop and is at the lower level toward the exit.

Review: I recently visited the Emma shop in Westfield, which just opened a week ago. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried out all the beds. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the perfect mattress.In addition to their excellent customer service, I received a great discount of 40% due to their opening promotion, which made my purchase even more satisfying. I ended up buying a new mattress and some bedding, all of which are of high quality. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the Emma shop to anyone in need of new bedding. Five stars!

Review: I recently bought a mattress from Emma Sleep online, however I had a few issues with it so I came and tried the mattresses in store.Wayne, who was the manager, was very informative and taught me a lot of the science behind the mattress and how to be comfortable too. I was really impressed with the level of service I received.Looking forward to my new mattress arriving now.
