Review: Bought 2 Jensen beds from Harrods. Massage feature and movable head and feet/legs of the beds. 13 years later with the massage feature hardly used and only light use of the bed, 1 beds movable head feature has totally broken. The part that controls that is actually only made of plastic! On beds that cost thousands of £££. Jensen say they cannot help as the bed is out of warranty though on their site it says the frame/springs are guaranteed for 25 yrs. They now tell me that beds should be replaced after 8-10 years. How is a 25 Yr guarantee possible then? We will never buy Jensen beds again. The after care service is rubbish and they do not do as they say before you spend your money.

Review: Superb showroom and salespeople (David). Bed, now 5 days old is great was delivered quickly and has replaced an old Jensen that was 15 years old. Fast, friendly delivery service. I cannot fault any aspect of my experience with Jensen. Excellent work!

Review: We discovered Jensen Beds whilst on holiday in Norway. Imagine my surprise when my very bad and damaged back showed signs of improvement within the first 3 days of the holiday?On return to the UK I contacted Jensen beds in Chelsea and they were brilliant at answering my questions etc – thank you Fruga. We arranged to go see them and David and Fruga showed us the art of the possible. We ordered a bed and awaited its arrival – under 6 weeks in the end.Delivery was by Ballards and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Bed installed we have now slept on it for almost 3 weeks. Absolutely brilliant and so comfortable. At the same time I have been having MRI’s to see if I need another operation on my back (hit by a car 2 years ago whilst cycling). I have put off having the operation because I am convinced the better sleep is helping me recover faster. Its working for me but of course it might not work for you – try it though as once you get on one of these beds it is very very hard to get off!
